Regarding accommodations at the conference venue (highly recommended)—we are still hesitant to list exact prices, but here are the approximate rates: a single room—about 70 €, a double room—about 40 € per person, and a larger double room—about 55 € per person. This includes three meals a day. We’ll post a list of rooms so you can choose.
We cannot yet provide the dates for the accommodation fees—they will be confirmed once the payment account is opened; this is being delayed due to bureaucratic hurdles. We will allow enough time for you to transfer the fees.
