Fill out the accommodation and meal form (ESEM. Accommodation; Early Bird deadline: August 20).
We immediately “assign” you to your rooms and inform you of the total fee (registration fee + accommodation and meal fees); you transfer that fee by August 30 (Early Bird).
Later dates (not Early Bird), respectively, are September 5 and 15. (Accommodation and meal fees remain unchanged—only the registration fee increases.)

Dear participants,
Rooms at the conference venue are filling up quickly. We had hoped that more participants would choose double occupancy, but most have opted for single occupancy. (Actually, most of the rooms are the same—they each have four beds—but we let you choose whether you’d like to stay alone, share a room with one other person, or share a room with two others.)
So, it’s possible that there won’t be any rooms left at the conference venue. We’ll post an update about this on this page of the website. This shouldn’t be a problem—there are quite a few hotels nearby. Additionally, meals can be arranged at the conference venue.
